This is posted whenever the internet goes back up and I am feeling well enough (or not being chased around the house to do something).
Besides being sick... I've been thinking more on theory, abstract stuff, abstract-ness, plot, and time.
Okay, for the sick part, I started Sunday... or rather, ended it with feeling like crap. I stayed over Yunyun's place with the kitties apparently thinking I'm a new toy (which wasn't really a problem except I keep twitching) and basically tried to sleep it off. The symptoms go like this -- well, so far, only one -- inflammed sinuses (not necessarily any mucus) to the point of massive pain reaching all the way to the neck, messed up thinking as a result, and because of sinuses, I don't walk straight. Second symptom is body aches, some coughing, some sniffling. Mostly the first two things have been killing me. The first is hard to separate between the terrible air conditions and my own state.

Quite frankly, this is long, so unless you don't mind seeing a 27 kb file in text alone, I'd ignore this. I just got internet back yesterday, with absolutely no explanation of why it was down to begin with. I'm still sick, semi-miserable, and pretty grouchy. |

Hello guys! This will probably be my last post here unless it's some kind of stupid joke. Avex Trax (I'm not sure if the account is reliable or not but it seems to be) sent me a message yesterday about removing copyrighted stuff from here but I just ignored it. BUT as you can see, I put the membership as moderated to prevent "labels" to join the community but yeah, it didn't really prevent anything. I just received a message by Avex Trax. And this is the message:
"LiveJournal user cloud_honey,
The LiveJournal staff have agreed to terminate both your personal account and your community if you do not fully remove the copyrighted material within 24 hours. This includes fully removing protected entries. Regard this message as your final warning."
I'm not sure about what posts they mean as copyrighted material (Namie's album? well, 100% of the stuff uploaded here IS copyrighted material and you know about it, so no way I won't be deleting all of my entries) so I won't remove anything by now. If they ban my account and this health community, it'll not be the end. I'll come back. Even if they ban my IP.
But just remember: I'm still not sure if this Avex Trax user is really from the actual label. I find it really strange that LJ themselves haven't warned me about anything yet. When Toshiba EMI asked me to remove some Utada Hikaru's singles from my personal page, it was Livejournal that notified me by e-mail, not a random user with a personal message. Well, you know the drill. If you come here tomorrow and the community was deleted, don't worry. I'll return as soon as your mom breathes. |
